12V DC, simple 3-wire hookup with .180" bullet plugs.
Original 2-piece mounting design, top lens comes off to access the three mounting holes on the base.
Mounting hardware included.
Fits OE single 5X7 headlight housing and dual 4X6 headlights housing.
DOT/SAE, FMVSS 108.
Installation may require load resistors, item #34205, or 34235.
